  • 250 g Chinese noodles

  • 250 g Chicken strips

  • 100 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 g soy sprouts
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 leek (s)
  • Sambal Oelek

  1. Chop the egg noodles a little and prepare according to the instructions.
  2. Wash the bell peppers, remove the core and cut the pods into strips.
  3. Wash the bean sprouts and leek, cut the leek into rings. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  4. Heat the oil in the wok and peel and squeeze the garlic. Add the chicken strips, then add the paprika strips, shiitake slices, leek rings and bean sprouts to the wok.
  5. Strain the pasta well, mix it with the meat-vegetable mixture and fry for a few minutes.
  6. Season to taste with soy sauce and sambal oelek, stir in and serve the noodles hot with the chicken.


You can also mix strips of Chinese cabbage, spinach leaves and carrots into the noodles. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water first and only then cut them into slices.
