Absolutely your opinion ... I also know someone who used to do it badly a la "it's unhealthy, pathologically blabub"

Usually comes from people who are either very thin or very fat but who do not have the stamina for the best sake to make it.

And what is easier than denouncing something?

I just ignore such opinions.

Mostly the ones who need it the most and are just too lazy to move their big butts. Most of the time I try not to get too excited, but I don't always succeed.

Dito...
In my circle of friends, a lot of people go to the studio even if not all of them mean it so seriously

Everyone has to know for themselves what they do, how often, when and how with their body. When your colleague thinks he doesn't have to go to the gym because it's just a waste of time anyway. Is just his opinion.

That he wants to talk to you about that is just stupid. I don't try to drag all of my friends into the studio (mostly not ).

In the end it is only the statement of an envious person who therefore has enough ego problems himself, but at least in this regard he is right. But my God without ego problems you can't do anything, so they don't only have disadvantages

And you can't just say to such people "you're just jealous" then things really start. ALSO my best friend goes to the gym with me, we are also training partners, I get along much better with people like that, because there are at most differences of opinion on some exercises
Also, if you have a more masculine figure, it helps
1. with women
2. In professional life
3. You feel much safer and healthier

At least that's the way it is with me!

Or what I still hate when someone comes to me thicker and thinks he has a larger arm circumference than me. This goes through with me ...
He wants to prove something to me with his bacon arms * hammersmilie *
It's okay if you're overweight and people want to lose weight, but then don't risk a big lip

Because just looks healthier. A well-trained body creates the impression of endurance, even if subconsciously; Ambition etc. So according to the motto "the strongest will win".

If someone stands in front of you who is too fat or too thin, one certainly does not suggest the above qualities with him.

Everything happens in the subconscious ... just evolution Why do you think women like great bodies? Because it's in fashion right now? No, definitely not
