Youth / a challenge

Young people make up a foreseeable decreasing proportion of our society (demographic change). However, with their ideas, utopias and innovations, they are more than important for shaping the future of our society and our democratic foundation. Youth also means facing an abundance of challenges and having to deal with pitfalls: school, training, studying, replacing the elderly, discovering yourself, defining yourself, taking responsibility, learning to control yourself, developing resilience to deal with crises, changes initiate, make yourself heard, empower yourself and others, achieve eye level.
